III. Applicant Requirements

1. Age Requirement: Under 39 years old, no gender restrictions.

2. Skill Certification: Must hold a Level 3 Skill Assessment Certificate relevant to the applied job category.

3. Experience Requirements:

Applicants who have completed a 3-year technical internship contract in Japan, or whose contract is nearing expiration;

Current holders of a Specified Skilled Worker Type 1 visa (may apply from within Japan or China).

4. Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency must reach N3 level (proof required or assessed through interview).

IV. Contract & Working Hours

Contract Term: 5 years (annual renewal based on performance and company needs).

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (statutory holidays observed per Japanese labor law).

V. Compensation and Benefits

1. Base Salary:

Hourly wage: ¥1,000–1,050.

Overtime Pay: Calculated per Japanese law—1.25 times regular rate for weekdays, 1.35 times for holidays.

Annual Bonus: Paid twice yearly, totaling approximately ¥300,000–350,000.

2. Round-trip Airfare: Provided by the Japanese company after employment commencement (specific details subject to contract terms).
